One reason I like using PayPal is that I will never have access to any of your banking information, it is all kept private which protects both of us! After I receive a copy of your payment receipt from PayPal, I will send confirmation that your reservation is secured. |

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations not weather related must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Any payments made will be applied towards a future stay within 90 days of the original scheduled date. If a cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice, payments made will be forfeited.
Retreats may be rescheduled only one time. If full payment has not been received, it will be required at the time of rescheduling.

If your group's visit is more than 60 days away, please enter $250.00 in the payment box. Once the deposit is received, and based upon availability, your reservation is secure. The balance of your retreat will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
If the date is less than 60 days away, the full amount of your weekend will be due. Once payment is received, and based upon availability, your reservation is secure.
Please note, all visits are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Out of fairness to all, I must have both the booking request and the deposit to hold your weekend. I cannot hold ANY reservations without a deposit or full payment.
